Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in direct sales or business development within the enterprise technology or mobility sector, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. A background in the enterprise mobile device ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services, particularly in Mobile Device Lifecycle Management (MDLM), Carrier, or Managed Mobility Services (MMS), is essential. Strong understanding of the enterprise mobility landscape, channel sales dynamics, and carrier go-to-market models is required, along with demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners, and familiarity with enterprise mobility technologies such as MDM/UEM, TEM, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will identify, target, and acquire net-new customers and partners to grow revenue, cultivating and managing relationships with existing VAR/MSP partners to expand their sales and promote Samsung SDS America as their primary distributor. They will assist resellers in closing sales by providing technical and product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales tools, while achieving and exceeding sales targets by driving sales of mobile devices, software, and services. Additionally, the role involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for product and sales strategy improvements, and maintaining accurate records of partner activities, sales progress, and forecast data.
