Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
  • 10 or more years of design, development, and testing of software applications
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (minimum 25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload; no satellite or wireless internet)
  • Dedicated home office space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps
  • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
  • Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form a system
  • Recommend products that will evolve the organization's technical infrastructure
  • Provide leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff
  • Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision
  • Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
