Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with Stibo STEP and data analysis. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, the ability to comprehend technical documentation, and knowledge of basic eCommerce concepts are required. An understanding of the product lifecycle, experience working in cross-functional teams, and a background in Analytics, Statistics, IT, or Engineering are necessary. Critical thinking, the ability to understand complex processes, knowledge of system analysis and process diagrams, and a desire to grow SQL skills are essential. Experience with business intelligence tools and knowledge of clinical products are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior MDM Analyst will collaborate with external data owners and business users to provide product data for customer experience and internal operational needs. Responsibilities include working with digital marketing to curate customer-facing product taxonomy, owning internal data management-oriented product taxonomy, and collecting metrics on product data health. The analyst will apply MDM concepts such as golden records and data validation, train business users on MDM platform self-service capabilities, and act as a superuser for the platform. Additionally, they will gather requirements for process improvements and work with the development team to implement new functionality.
