Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment and a proven track record of developing greenfield territories and acquiring net new logos in an Enterprise software role. They should demonstrate the ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business executives at Fortune 5000 companies, possess a hunter mentality with strong sales DNA, and have an appetite for continuous learning. The ability to recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles is also required, along with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own a targeted account list and develop strategic account plans to secure business with companies exceeding 2,000 employees. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets by building a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and management of inbound prospects. This role involves navigating enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in from C-level decision-makers, and close deals. Additionally, the Account Executive must maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
