Account Executive, Outside Sales - Xplor Pay

Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.


Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Toms River, NJ, to make a real impact every day. We believe that every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
  • Must align with Xplor's four core values and be a good human.
