Job Description

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Rosemead, CA, to make a real impact daily. Every interaction and design choice at Xplor enriches our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new clients.
• Pipeline Management: Manage your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
• Sales Closing: Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.

Location: This position is fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to your team region as needed.
