The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. They must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, with a proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new businesses. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce, preparing presentations and proposals with Xplor Pay’s electronic applications, and closing sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.
