The Role: We are expanding our sales team to accelerate Overjet's growth within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) sector. As an Account Executive for the Emerging DSO segment, you will play a crucial role in driving the discovery and adoption of dental AI, ultimately transforming dentistry. This position involves managing both Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) and Mid-Market (MM) accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through networking and extensive prospecting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective DSOs to identify needs and pain points, effectively communicating how AI can enhance patient care and increase revenue.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to C-suite executives and other key DSO stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial pitch to closing the deal, and ensure a smooth transition to the assigned Customer Success Manager post-sale.
  • Forecast sales with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience selling into SMB/Mid-Market DSOs and groups (10+ locations).
  • Proven ability as a self-starter with a strong track record of sales performance.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results in a high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer meetings, company meetings, and conferences as required.
