The Onboarding Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring their success with Wordly solutions. This includes understanding client business and technical needs, leading onboarding kick-offs, training workshops, and ad-hoc meetings. The specialist will train customers on platform usage through coaching sessions and by answering questions via video and email, providing technical and consultative support, and guiding clients on best practices. They will also assist the Customer Success Team with workflows and data for tracking and reporting, act as a customer advocate to inform product and marketing teams, and contribute to the development and improvement of the onboarding playbook. Additionally, the role involves participating in first-line customer support, including answering emails and chats, investigating and troubleshooting customer issues, and taking turns on the 24/7 emergency line.
