Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance, accelerate market expansion, and build brand presence in existing and new territories
  • Execute strategies to grow Open Farm’s retail footprint
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and retailers
  • Ensure products are well represented and top-of-mind for consumers in retail spaces
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Optimize sales channels
  • Execute sales and retail initiatives to enhance visibility and market share
  • Act as a brand ambassador to inspire retailers, distributors, and customers
  • Conduct regular in-person retailer communication and store visits (minimum 20 per week)
  • Support data-driven territory management using sales reporting systems
