Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in a closing and quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, and experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with a background in selling AI to mid-market and/or enterprise clients. They should also demonstrate a proven track record of long-term customer retention and possess technical competency to understand Forethought’s software and build strong relationships with CX leaders, along with problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making a large impact.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will identify high-potential business and verticals, develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Forethought, turn inbound demand into happy Forethought customers, manage the sales pipeline utilizing the established sales process and playbook, define and communicate the specific benefits of Forethought for each user throughout the discovery, demo, and trial process, and own new business opportunities and expansion for the current customer base.
