Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales or inside sales. Demonstrated success in converting prospects and closing deals to meet sales quotas is required, along with experience in opportunity qualification, account development, and time management. Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform, strong written and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Specialist will convert existing leads into closed sales, qualify new business leads, and prospect for new leads through high-volume outbound calling and email outreach. Responsibilities include making 40-50 outbound calls daily, identifying decision-makers, collaborating on sales strategies, generating interest in products/services, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining and expanding the prospect database, achieving sales quotas, and staying knowledgeable about all products and services.
