Job Description

Are you a motivated, self-driven sales professional seeking freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? Xplor is looking for individuals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct field visits to local businesses to present payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

You Are:

  • A natural communicator and closer.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred).

Compensation: This position offers health benefits, 401K match, and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with Xplor's four core values.
  • Must be able to work fully remote, provided eligible working rights, and be able to travel within your team region's field.
