Responsibilities

The Sales Commission Analyst is responsible for administering daily commission processes in Xactly Incent, ensuring accurate and timely payments. This includes creating, validating, and auditing monthly reports, troubleshooting calculation and data errors, and responding to sales team inquiries about compensation. The role also involves supporting plan, quota, and policy changes through testing, preparing monthly commission reconciliation reports, and identifying and implementing process improvements. The analyst will document procedures for efficiency and scalability, acting as a utility player in a hyper-growth environment.
