You will be pairing directly with Ben, the CEO, who knows the product and customers, while you bring sales expertise to identify products, customers, and scaling strategies.
Strong candidates are senior sales experts comfortable with the full sales cycle, technically credible with engineers, and possess founder-like energy from early startup experience to build sales processes from scratch in a fast-shipping environment.
