Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of previous experience in full-cycle SaaS sales. A Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or prior life sciences experience is required, or experience selling highly technical products in SaaS environments. A history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and experience working on deals with multiple stakeholders is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with a range of stakeholders, including scientists and industry executives, are necessary. Candidates should be gritty and resourceful, leveraging tools and technology to sell strategically and efficiently, along with a strong ability to interpret feedback and apply coaching quickly.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, selling to academic institutions and industry companies globally. They will become an expert in BioRender’s features, benefits, and use cases. The role involves consistently attaining and exceeding all revenue and booking targets within the assigned territory or category. Organizing, categorizing, and prioritizing sales leads in CRM while measuring lead conversion and performance against quota is crucial. Additionally, they will develop and execute strategic account expansion plans for named enterprise accounts and partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to improve and iterate on required strategies.
