Job Description

We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit local businesses (door-to-door) to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

You Are:

  • A natural communicator and closer.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred).

Compensation: This commission-only residual model includes health benefits, 401K match, and a portfolio ownership component.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.

  • Location: Fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to the field within your team region.
