Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Manager, Workforce Strategy for Merchant, the individual will be responsible for owning end-to-end performance of WFM support operations for the Merchant audience, managing and aligning in-house and BPO planners, schedulers, and RTA teams, driving performance against KPIs, leading OKR setting and progress tracking, influencing strategic trade-offs and improvement initiatives, and communicating results, blockers, and root causes clearly to leadership while maintaining partner alignment and strategic influence.
