They must be comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a preference for candidates experienced in door-to-door sales or merchant services. Eligibility to work remotely while being able to operate in the field of their team region is also necessary.
The Account Executive will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining. They will close deals to earn activation bonuses and commissions, while also generating long-term residual income. The role involves working independently with provided support and training, and requires a hunter mentality for lead generation.
