They must possess the ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build strong relationships with technical customers. A drive to engage deeply with the product and carry technical conversations with security teams is essential, along with excellent analytical skills for managing complex sales cycles and strong communication abilities to collaborate within a team.
The Account Executive will generate leads through cold calling, research, networking, and managing their territory. They will manage and convert inbound leads to drive revenue growth and develop full sales cycle strategies to enhance product adoption and client retention. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding is required. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics, gathering client feedback for product improvements, and engaging with potential customers to address their business challenges.
