Account Executive, Outside Sales

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

  • Fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and are able to be in the field of your team region.
