Xplor Pay Direct Sales - Payment Solutions Industry

Position Overview

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential. You will be responsible for offering payment processing solutions to local businesses, educating them on cost savings and transaction streamlining, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with full support and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
