Job Description

Xplor is looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct door-to-door visits and engage with local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
• Close deals, earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions, plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

You Are:

• A natural communicator and closer.

Compensation: This position offers health benefits, 401K match, and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

• Fully remote position, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to the field within your team region.
