Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in consultative sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles, ideally within SaaS, CX, or UXR environments. Strong knowledge of customer experience and user research practices, including human-centered design is required, along with proven ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into clear, commercially sound service proposals. Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset, the ability to balance customer goals and business outcomes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization are also necessary. Comfortably presenting to and influencing executive-level decision-makers, staying informed about the competitive landscape, and familiarity with platforms and tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, UserZoom, etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Professional Services Sales Consultant will partner closely with account executives, solution consultants, and delivery experts to understand customer needs and propose services that enhance the value of UserTesting. They will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers alike, using their knowledge of customer experience and user research to create high-impact service solutions. This role will also involve bridging consultative sales, customer strategy, and solution design, driving revenue growth through thoughtful positioning of professional services offerings, and collaborating with a globally distributed team focused on customer success.
