Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have 6 or more years of experience implementing financial solutions, with a focus on Workday Financials. Strong experience with Workday’s Procure to Pay functionalities, including Workday Strategic Sourcing, is required. Demonstrated ability to lead design sessions, drive client business requirements, and configure and prototype the Workday solution is essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr Financials Consultant will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements, working with clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution. They will lead design sessions, support client testing, convert legacy data into Workday, assist with integration consulting, and mentor new consultants. Furthermore, they will deliver status reports to the Engagement Manager and ensure compliance with agreed-upon checkpoints, while also participating in update training and sharing product skills with other consultants.
