Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 8 years of analytical experience in an e-commerce environment is required.

Responsibilities

The Staff Analyst will build and maintain performance dashboards for the sales organization, develop forecasting models for staffing levels, and design and implement sales commission plans. Responsibilities include supporting the sales compensation process, analyzing sales performance data to evaluate commission plan effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The analyst will also conduct in-depth performance analysis, develop profitability models, support A/B testing for new sales strategies, present findings to senior leadership, identify risks to sales performance, maintain data integrity, and mentor junior analysts.
