Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in a technical full-cycle sales role, with a track record of consistently overachieving sales targets and building pipeline from scratch. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities, and the capacity to drive a repeatable sales process are essential. Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger or Triangle and experience selling to technical audiences in a similar space are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth by self-prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline and exceed sales targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Ops and Sales Engineers, to enhance sales effectiveness. The role involves deeply understanding customer needs in the voice AI space, competition, and Deepgram products to articulate the company's value proposition to technical buyers. Additionally, the Account Executive will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work with CSMs on upsell opportunities, and manage existing accounts.
