Candidates should be self-starters with excellent communication skills, a collaborative and coachable attitude, and the ability to enjoy challenges and problem-solve in real-time. Strong time management and organizational skills, along with a desire to learn and progress, are essential. Previous sales experience or experience working against targets, as well as experience in a technology startup or similar rapidly changing environment, are considered advantageous.
The Account Development Representative will qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, setting qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team. They will collaborate with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals, nurturing early-stage engagement to produce future pipeline. This role involves consistent high activity through cold calling, strategic email and social campaigns, tracking activity in HubSpot and Gong, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging. Additionally, the ADR will attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospects, while meeting minimum monthly goals for meetings generated and pipeline sourced, and understanding Ditto's value proposition and basic technical offering.
