Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for making a strong first impression. Your role is to identify if there is a good fit between Glofox and the prospect, answer their questions, and generate excitement for them to become a valued customer. This position is ideal for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual looking to launch a successful career in sales.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and web chat to analyze their needs, answer questions, and handle objections.
  • Create a positive first impression by providing prospects with a world-class experience.
  • Ensure prospects who can benefit from our solutions are excited to move forward, while ensuring all prospects have a positive experience, even if we are not the right solution for them.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Follow up with prospects to uncover new opportunities and nurture existing leads.
  • Become an expert in our product offering and the dynamics of the fitness industry.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in software sales or marketing.
  • Great work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop quickly.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales.

Salary and Compensation

  • U.S. Based Salary Range: $38,000 - $50,800 USD annually.
  • Salaries are determined by candidate experience, qualifications, location, and market/business considerations.
  • Certain positions may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
