Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in marketing strategy implementation.
- KPI Management: Proven experience in defining and managing business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Executive Reporting: Demonstrated experience in creating documents for upper management.
- Data Analysis: Practical experience with data analysis, including tools like SQL.
- Project Leadership: Experience as a Project Manager at a Leader Level or above.
- Preferred Skills: Basic proficiency in English or Chinese is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on new user acquisition and usage promotion.
- Define user KPIs and manage the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage cross-departmental projects to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute strategies to expand the user base.
- Implement marketing campaigns to gain insights into user attributes.
- Contribute to the strategic development of user marketing initiatives.
- Participate actively in the creation of business plans.

- Work Arrangement: Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA) – Primarily remote work from home or a satellite office.
- Location: Nationwide (Japan) – Residence within Japan is required.
- Working Hours: Super Flexible System (no core hours) – Standard hours are generally 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes working time + 1-hour break).
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated holidays.
- Leave:
- Annual Paid Leave: 14 days initially, prorated based on the month of hire, available from the date of hire.
- Personal Leave: 5 days per year (3 or 5 days depending on the month of hire) under PayPay’s unique special paid leave system, usable for employee or family illness/injury, or pet care, etc.
- Compensation:
- Annual salary, including some fixed overtime pay.
- Determined based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution, in accordance with company regulations.
- Annual review process.
- Special bonus (incentive) based on company performance and individual contributions (paid annually).
- Overtime pay and night shift pay are provided.
