Responsibilities

  • Assist and consult with customers on products and services using knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve world-class sales and service experience
  • Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers; provide product demonstrations to educate on full capabilities
  • Take a customer-first approach: listen and evaluate customer needs, provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities; ensure customers understand how to use and manage products/services and gain their consent
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity, warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures
