The Communications Specialist will create high-quality content for various internal and external channels, including the intranet, newsletters, company website, emails, blogs, print and digital advertising, executive communications, videos, and media organizations, ensuring key stakeholders are informed about company news and updates. They will consistently generate new and engaging story ideas, collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to translate company strategies, deliver content on time, balance multiple projects, collaborate with internal colleagues, identify needs and recommend new strategies to achieve goals, and monitor and optimize the performance of content. Additionally, they will execute other special projects as needed.
