Requirements

Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within the HCM, ERP, or payroll sectors. A deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and a strong network across Workday System Integrators (SIs), Application Management Services (AMS) partners, and advisory firms are essential. A proven ability to develop and implement partner strategies that yield measurable outcomes is required.

Responsibilities

The Workday Partner Director will develop and execute a strategic plan to increase Deel's influence within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves identifying and activating key partnerships with SIs, AMS partners, and advisory firms to drive joint go-to-market strategies. Collaboration with Workday leadership to identify new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities, and partnering with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch co-branded programs are key responsibilities. The Director will manage partner relationships comprehensively, including onboarding, enablement, pipeline generation, and performance reviews, while leading executive-level partner meetings and monitoring performance against revenue goals.
