The Senior GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers by building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes. They will build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach, while delivering a top-tier candidate experience. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the People & Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives, and using data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics to drive improvements. The role also involves championing equity and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
