Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include collaborating with the People & Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives, and using data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics to drive improvements. The role also involves championing equity and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
