Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and hold current Workday Financials certifications. They should have at least 10 years of experience in financial systems implementation, with a strong focus on Workday Financials, and demonstrate expertise in government accounting principles. Experience with Federal government engagements is highly desirable, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Workday Financials Senior Principal Consultant, the individual will lead multiple concurrent Workday Financials implementations, delivering Foundation Data Model designs, overseeing functional design, and mentoring junior project resources. They will serve as a billable functional lead, providing overarching guidance on government engagements, ensuring robust solutions, and addressing issues. The role involves conducting Quality Assurance, assisting with scoping and estimating projects, participating in Sales Orals, and supporting strategic company initiatives while maintaining Workday certifications and assisting with Change Orders.
