Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience leading infrastructure and operations across both private and public cloud platforms, with proven leadership of DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database Management functions, and direct reporting experience to a CTO or CIO. Deep technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, performance engineering, and systems design is required, along with hands-on experience implementing AI-powered automation for monitoring, alerting, resolution, and performance optimization, and experience scaling platforms to meet growing business demands.

Responsibilities

The VP of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations will define and execute the strategic roadmap for global infrastructure and operations, build and scale high-performing teams, oversee global infrastructure operations across multiple time zones, manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, develop robust automation strategies using AI/ML, lead initiatives in observability and CI/CD security, ensure infrastructure security and resilience, partner with internal stakeholders, and manage the infrastructure budget. This role also involves serving as a key advisor to the CTO, contributing to broader technology strategy, and leading vendor relationships.
