Responsibilities

The Strategic Accounts Director will develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies for the nation's largest healthcare customers to disrupt the dialysis market. This includes creating growth strategies, tactics, and action plans across Acute, Chronic, and Home dialysis markets, and ensuring successful execution to achieve financial targets. Responsibilities also involve partnering with clinical and capital field teams to build the installed base of Tablo Systems, developing top-down and bottom-up sales strategies for executive-level engagement, and accelerating Tablo adoption. Key activities include collaborating with sales teams to provide tools and resources, coordinating product demonstrations, ROI models, launch plans, and expansion strategies, and negotiating long-term contracts for predictable revenue streams. The role requires developing a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders, securing annual budget commitments, meeting sales quotas, and providing leadership with clear plans for expanding the company's footprint within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Additionally, the Director will manage key physician, nursing, and executive relationships to drive scalable references, create and scale a National IDN process to assess Tablo's value, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Key Accounts. Developing best practices, KOLs, white papers, and expansion templates, along with active involvement in sales planning, execution, and project management processes, are also core responsibilities.
