Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer organization are required. Software/SaaS sales experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is necessary. Experience in managed care, payer contracting, or direct-to-employer contracting (DTE) roles within a healthcare provider setting is a plus.
The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for executing enterprise market strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration by selling directly to national Health Systems to add their services to the Tendo Marketplace provider network. This includes maintaining an active pipeline and delivering accurate sales forecasts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, and partnering with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and customer needs. The role involves analyzing sales metrics to inform corporate KPIs, delivering revenue models to C-suite executives to demonstrate long-term ROI, crafting value-driven proposals, and leading account planning, prospecting, and cold outreach to generate new opportunities.
