Requirements

The VP, Marketing will lead the vision, strategy and execution of data driven marketing ecosystem efforts, establishing comprehensive growth, partner and channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. They will also develop, manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI, and mastermind event and activation strategies in collaboration with Revenue.

Responsibilities

The VP, Marketing will jumpstart, develop, lead, and eventually hire a marketing team to champion and support Andesite growth and market leadership, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with business and industry leaders. They will design targeted campaigns to drive qualified leads, boost the top-of-funnel strategy, move qualified leads to conversion, accelerate sales cycles, optimize spend, grow new business, and ensure ARR. Additionally, they will develop communication frameworks to maintain a strong brand voice, oversee corporate narrative and public relations, and collaborate with the leadership team to craft executive communications. Finally, the VP will partner with the Product Marketing Lead to conduct market research and competitive analysis, and manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies.
