Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and collaborate with multiple teams across the Wikimedia Foundation to develop creative and experimental video content at an accelerated pace, explore, develop, execute, and test various marketing strategies and activities on short-form video platforms utilizing a ‘test and learn’ approach, work with creatives and agencies to mastermind campaigns, craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience, use metrics and analytics to iterate and improve experiment output and audience resonance, ensure experiments align with Foundation goals and audience preferences, and stay on top of emerging trends and practices in short-form video marketing.
