The Director of Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping Docebo’s brand voice and reputation, elevating our market presence and internal communication. This role will lead both external and internal communication efforts, with a primary focus (60-70%) on external initiatives and a significant portion (30-40%) on internal engagement. Key areas of responsibility include driving storytelling, public relations, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, and fostering cultural alignment.
This individual will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, particularly the executive team, influencing how Docebo presents itself to the world and its employees. The ideal candidate possesses a builder's mindset, is data-informed, action-oriented, and excels at translating strategy into tangible progress.
