A proven history of leading impactful public relations, internal communications, and executive visibility initiatives is required, along with a strong network of media and analyst contacts in the tech/SaaS industries. Excellent storytelling, writing, and messaging abilities are essential, as is experience managing communication budgets and external agencies. The ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-growth environments and a Bachelor's degree are necessary, with a Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field being a plus. A visionary approach to communication and the capability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences are also key.
The Director of Corporate Communications will architect and execute an external communications strategy to enhance Docebo's leadership in AI-first learning and evolve the company's core external narrative. This role involves monitoring and improving brand perception through analyst reports and media coverage, cultivating relationships with journalists and analysts, and leading proactive media outreach for consistent storytelling. The Director will also serve as the company's spokesperson during crises, ensuring effective issue resolution. Additionally, they will develop and elevate the external presence of Docebo executives by identifying speaking and media opportunities, managing executive briefing materials, and partnering with relevant teams to grow executive influence. Internally, the role focuses on communicating the rationale behind significant company changes, delivering impactful communication moments to drive understanding and alignment, and supporting change communication strategies in collaboration with the People & Culture department.
