Responsibilities

The VP/GM Clinical will be responsible for building the clinical business organization and developing its core competencies. This includes collaborating with R&D, quality, regulatory, and operations to ensure clinical requirements are met and designing business processes that align with patient and provider experiences. The role also involves leading the organization to deliver a complete portfolio of clinical solutions at scale, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering seamless collaboration across global and regional teams. Additionally, the VP/GM will establish a culture of accountability, champion cross-functional collaboration, develop talent, and manage the global P&L to achieve revenue and profit growth.
