Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of internal auditing systems
Develop and track operational compliance KPIs
Ensure operational frameworks align with regulations and standards
Monitor audits, risk protocols, and compliance efforts
Serve as the operational lead for the documentation review program
Develop and optimize scalable processes
Collaborate with the COO to integrate operational quality efforts
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align operational strategy
Use performance data and audit trends to inform quality initiatives
Direct the Integrity Standards team in monitoring provider adherence
Guide the development and execution of protocols to detect deviations
Review findings and recommendations from the Integrity Standards team
Work cross-functionally to implement corrective actions
Provide coaching and professional development for team leaders
Oversee resource planning and ensure effective communication
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational initiatives support strategic priorities
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align rollout milestones
Provide operational expertise to initiatives focused on workflow innovation and efficiency
