The role necessitates strong partnership skills with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Field Sales, Architecture, Partner, and the broader Industry & Solutions team. Experience in setting and executing bold bets, aligning companies, and driving elite execution in Pipeline Generation and Net New ACV growth is essential. Experience in leading senior executive workshops, partnering with verticalized sales leaders, coaching GTM teams, building partnerships with SIs, MSPs, and advisory firms, and managing cross-functional teams is also required.
The VP, Global Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) Go-To-Market is responsible for stewarding growth upon the existing CACV portfolio by architecting industry solutions grounded in the AI platform for business transformation. This role involves inspiring sustained growth with transformational customers to drive wall-to-wall impact, creating value for patients, caregivers, and researchers by helping providers improve clinical operations and patient access, payors streamline operations and care navigation, and life sciences companies accelerate R&D and supply chain innovation. Key responsibilities include driving clarity on the plan to deliver significant year-over-year growth in global Net New ACV industry growth over the next 3 years, leading and inspiring a world-class HCLS GTM team, and providing coaching on strategies, prioritization, activation, and development. The role also involves facilitating executive-level customer workshops, serving as an executive sponsor for selected marquee accounts, establishing structured operating rhythms, leveraging analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and identifying and prioritizing wall-to-wall transformational potential across HCLS customers. Additionally, the position requires building and strengthening strategic partnerships with global consultancies, SIs, and advisory practices.
