Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5+ years of presales leadership experience at a GTM-focused tech company, with a proven track record of managing teams through complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern development environments is required. Familiarity with agentic AI sales workflows and prior roles in technical post-sales or solution architecture are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director of Solution Engineering will lead the presales go-to-market function, managing a high-impact team of Solution Engineers and scaling the established GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Product. Responsibilities include guiding SE team execution from discovery to architectural guidance, mentoring team members with an outcome-based leadership style, defining clear objectives, measuring performance with data-backed KPIs, and contributing to post-sales architecture direction and long-term customer success.
