Responsibilities

The Vice President of Growth Marketing will architect and evolve the company's full-funnel growth strategy, optimizing performance across key paid channels to drive scale, efficiency, and impact. Responsibilities include leading strategic experimentation in creative, media mix, and audience targeting, managing channel-level KPIs and budgets for profitable growth, and leveraging data for agile decision-making. The role involves owning and scaling CRM and SMS programs to enhance customer engagement and retention, leading and mentoring the Growth Marketing team, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer experience across all initiatives.
