Proven expertise in sales forecasting, sales deployment, targeting, analytics, and incentive compensation design is required. Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, and Power BI is essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across geographies are necessary. Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, lead through change, and deliver measurable results is expected. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred.
The Vice President of Commercial Operations is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize sales operations in alignment with corporate growth targets and market expansion plans. This role drives forecasting, territory design, targeting, resource planning, and incentive compensation strategies in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing sales forecasting, demand planning, and financial modeling to provide timely and accurate insights for executive decision-making. The VP will implement analytics and reporting capabilities to ensure transparency into sales performance and lead improvements in CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce, Veeva, and Power BI to drive process automation and efficiency. They will design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans aligned with business goals, build and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, and serve as the operational leader for product launches, market expansions, and organizational planning. Additionally, this role involves working with Global Business Intelligence to ensure data needs are fulfilled for the Commercial team.
