Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5+ years specifically supporting Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) functions within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company, and significant experience in a pre-IPO or public SaaS company. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and the magic number, is required, along with exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A, the individual will serve as the key financial advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and other GTM executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. They will lead the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range financial plan (LRP), and rolling forecast processes for all GTM functions, develop, track, and analyze key GTM performance indicators (KPIs), oversee the development of sales capacity models, evaluate the financial viability of GTM initiatives, manage GTM headcount planning and operating expense budgets, drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and holistic financial insights, while also contributing to IPO readiness initiatives.
