Strong domain expertise in revenue growth management, particularly within the CPG industry, is required, along with a proven track record of leading complex technical client engagements through the full customer lifecycle, especially SaaS or analytics-driven transformations. Experience in client-first environments, demonstrating empathy and driving satisfaction, is crucial. Success in building and scaling professional services teams, executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret data into actionable insights, and experience with AI, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms are necessary. The role also requires the ability to travel to client locations.
The Vice President, Client Services will build and lead the professional services function, establishing and scaling a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes, primarily in the CPG industry. This role involves serving as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor during client engagements, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and value generation of Enterra's solutions. Responsibilities include defining and implementing repeatable methodologies for solution activation, from discovery to deployment, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to align with client needs. The VP will establish KPIs for client success and engagement performance, optimize processes for scalability, and advise clients on best practices as a thought leader. They will also educate clients on the Enterra technology platform and business solutions.
