As a Visitador (a) Médico, you will effectively and profitably manage the promotion of assigned brand portfolios with healthcare professionals in your territory, ensuring you meet the sales objectives established by the company.


Responsibilities

  • Promotional Activities:
    • Conduct monthly Omnichannel promotion with the correct message and frequency to doctors in your work territory to increase sales of assigned products.
    • Effectively execute the sales technique (I sell) in each Omnichannel visit.
    • Visit key pharmacies in your territory and ensure availability, rotation, and knowledge of the brands under your responsibility.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage and effectively utilize assigned resources, including medical samples, promotional material, and budgets for expenses and investment.
  • Compliance and Education:
    • In accordance with Abbott Compliance guidelines, participate in, organize, and ensure HCP attendance at continuing medical education activities such as Congresses, Symposia, and Webinars.
    • Manage the SEC tool to document these activities.
    • Know and comply with current corporate policies (OEC, Pharmacovigilance, QA, Medical, among others).
  • Knowledge Acquisition:
    • Acquire and apply appropriate knowledge about therapeutic areas and products under your responsibility, including competitors, markets, marketing strategies, and promotional plans.
  • Performance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with established KPIs for Coverage, Frequency, and Target visits per day/cycle.
    • Approve semi-annual sales certifications with a minimum score of 90.
    • Support the Abox Program at sales points within your territory.
    • Submit administrative reports, such as mobility expenses, on time and correctly when required.
    • Daily record visits to HCPs and pharmacies, promotional activities conducted, time out of territory, and accompanied visits in the CRM platform (ACERCA).
  • Asset Management:
    • Take preventive and corrective actions to maintain company resources (iPad, cell phone, briefcase, etc.) in optimal working condition.
  • Sample Management:
    • Manage medical samples according to Abbott's internal guidelines and policies.
    • During visits, check inventories, expiration dates, PEP administration, etc.
  • Audits:
    • Participate in an MM audit process at least once a year under the supervision of the finance department.
